Geotextiles

Geotextiles for use in erosion and weed control.

Geotextiles are mesches made up of both synthetic and organic fibres whose principal features include their high mechanical resistance to perforation, good grip and good drainage properties.

BonTerra Ibérica offers a wide range of references in the field of geotextiles with a diverse range of applications, selecting each on the basis of their individual characteristics and how well they adapt to each given situation.

The geotextiles are delivered in either blocks or rolls.

BLOCKS

These are stamped, anti-weed mats. They are made up of jute and various other textile fibres and they come in diameters of 25 or 40cm.

ROLLS

(either “woven” or “not woven”)

Rolled “Woven” fabric

These are 100% polyethylene and they are classified according to their unit weights, available in 63, 70, 75, 95, 112, 123, 125, 130 or 155 g/m2.

As far as their dimensions are concerned, the fabrics are available in roll widths of 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4 or 5m, all of these being 100m in length.

Rolls “not woven” fabric

These can be constructed from polyester, polyethylene or polypropylene.

They can be supplied in unit weights of 120, 150, 200, 250, 300, 500, 600, 800 y 1000 gr/m2.

Regarding their packaging, they can be ordered in roll widths of 2, 3, 4, or 5m and in lengths of 30, 50, 60, 70, 90, 100 or 125 m.
